Policy & Procedures:

All Scout Groups / Scout Counties should be in good standing in the Association for the current Census Year and have completed all the relevant documentation and will adhere to the relevant Policies of Scouting Ireland.

All Scouters/Leaders of groups using Larch Hill International Scout & Guide Centre are reminded of their responsibility in relation to child protection issues and good practice procedures. Scouters/Leaders must be mindful at all times of their duty to care to the young people in their charge - both within and outside the Centre grounds. Scouting Ireland Child Protection Policy (Code of Good Practice) is available to download HERE. It is expected that groups coming from outside scouting and overseas would respect this policy.
